Dispute Status

The Membership Agreement between LETFOR and the Member is subject to Turkish law. Istanbul Anatolian courts and enforcement offices are exclusively authorized for disputes arising from this contract between the parties. In these disputes, the books and records of LETFOR will be the only and definitive evidence. When the Membership Agreement is accepted, the Parties are deemed to have agreed that the computer printouts taken by LETFOR regarding the transactions realized in the electronic environment and on the Web Site will also be conclusive evidence.
